May 7, 2011 in the village Grebinku was held a solemn meeting in commemoration of Red Army soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the struggle against the Nazi invaders.

After months of work, the posse of the “Dnepr-Ukraine” have found remains of 35 of Soviet soldiers, killed in the Kiev region. The names of only three of them were detected.

During the meeting, there was a ceremonial reburial of the remains of 35 Red Army soldiers killed in actions in Vassilkovskaya and other areas of the Kiev region.

At the event were invited veterans for whom it has a special meaning, and whose colleagues and friends gave their lives for our clear sky.
